53 years ago an uncle took me and my dad into his shop and showed us a number 6 Newhouse trap with a old leather boot and legbone sticking out of the mossy boot in the trap. That trap would be great for a no trespassing sign.

The police back in the 40's had decided that the leg and boot belonged to a man missing from a logging camp back a decade earlier. It was found by my uncle and his hunting buddy back in the 40's somewhere out west by the pembina river. Wish I knew what happened to that trap. My uncle passed away 40 years ago.
