Default neck sizing ?

So i'm not try to be cheap or anything just a simple question. if you have multiple cartridges and they are all 7mmcal. could you use one neck sizer? say is you had a 280 / 7-08 and a 7wsm could you buy the 7wsm die and use it on all 3

Not if it's a Lee collet die...they are cartridge specific.

Hornady makes neck dies that will work on multiple cartridges. Your 7wsm would probably need the magnum neck sizer and the other two just the standard one.

Assuming you have an FLS die for the WSM, and the shoulder/body dia is larger than the other two, you could experiment on a case with that. Don't forget to back the decapper up. But, you won't have any case support at the shoulder. Some neck dies don't have much there, either. This will also possibly affect straight neck alignment.
You can also adjust your existing FLS dies to partial size your cases, not quite pure neck sizing. Still need to lube bodies. Try a dime between the body and the shellholder, have a look at the lube line on the neck, adjust it down to stop it, say a 1/32" from the shoulder junction.
It may achieve a result you want, may not, depends what you want to achieve, and other factors.
