Default Draws 2020

Hello everyone I thought with the crazy virus, oil price crashing, people self isolating etc. It would be a good time to think positive so who is drawing for what and where? I will be a partner tag with my dad for 509 Antlered moose and drawing 509 Antlered elk.
Stay safe and keep your powder dry.

Only building priority this year but I will still be checking all the time just to apply 999 lol

Somedays I think hunting is a mental illness

For the ,most part, I will be building priority, but myself and my hunting partner, will likely draw antlerless mule deer tags, to help out a friend whose yard shrubs are being destroyed again this winter.

hopefully cash in my antelope priority. Also throwing around ideas of pulling my bull elk tag or possibly having the wife use her either sex priority.

Priority only for me. Might put the wife in for her bull moose, still have a few months to decide.

Antelope archery is on the table....

I haven’t been around in September the last 6 years to pull it. If this border crisis drags on this might be my year to make it happen

debating on whether to pull my antlered moose tag or not. P6.

ive been trying to find elk closer to red deer but have struck out, so moose may be the way to go this year.

999 the works, and the rest of the family too.
We do ok on general tags anyways.
People live over a mile apart in our area of 360.
No better place to self isolate if this crap is still happening in 7-8 months from now.

Very slim chance I will put in for Mulie but other than that it's 999 across the board.

On the positive side there won't be any truck hunters ripping up and down the back roads while I am sitting in the bush or stand

With a little one on the way in Sept. I may have to fling an arrow at the first deer I see lol

I may draw 936 for bull moose this year or maybe mule deer in 308. I have some scouting to do this summer before I decide on a plan.

My advise to everyone: pick up blank tags while the stores are still open- or you might not be hunting anything. Maybe that applies more to spring bear than anything. At least with blanks you can buy tags online and get after it.

I think I'll pull my non-trophy sheep this year. The rest will be general tags and building priority.

Not that I know of. I could be wrong. Easiest is to rip to cabelas or CT and request free blanks.

I have 10 of them so if anyone is in desperate straits later, lemme know.

For sure, I have done so in the past. Takes a while, but they do show up.

From the AlbertaRelm site's FAQ: (https://www.albertarelm.com/cust.faq.page)

Quote:
How do I obtain tags to use with my online licence purchase?

You have 3 options to order tags:

1. Order tags on AlbertaReLM.com:
Go to the Contact Us page and select Order Tags in the Problem/Question dropdown.
Provide your complete mailing address in the Details section so that your order can be processed immediately.
Include the number of tags you would like sent to you.
Complete the remaining items in the form.
Click Submit Form.
You will receive your tags in 7 to 10 business days.

2. Pick up tags free of charge at an Alberta Fish & Wildlife District Office:
Locate a district office in your area using the District Office contact numbers as listed in the Alberta Hunting Regulations or at http://albertaregulations.ca/huntingregs/inquiries.html.
It is recommended to contact the District Office before visiting to confirm their operating hours.

3. Order tags by calling the AlbertaReLM.com Help Desk at 1-888-944-5494:
Be ready to provide the representative with your full name, mailing address and the number of tags you are requesting.
You will receive your tags in 7 to 10 business days.
