Default Travers Ice

Hello. Just checking to see if anyone has been on Travers and how thick the ice is. any info is appreciated

I was there 2 weeks ago and had 6-8 inches. This was in one of the bays and not the main lake

What u have to remember if there is six inches of ice there is probably 2-3 inches in a few spots for sure.

Yes it’s a very unpredictable lake.

Parents in-law went through with the rzr a few years back. Ice was over 12” thick most of the lake but they found a spring.

Thanks everyone. Went out today and there’s about 5-6 inches of ice out there. Fishing was very slow
