4X8 is a little tight for quad and game, jerry can etc. The trailers are built quite light now and you won't have an issue pulling a 5X8. The extra room is nice to drag your deer along side the quad while it's in the trailer. Look for one with a drop ramp on the back so you don't need ramps to load and unload the quad. It also will save you having to load ramps into the trailer (more space used up), and you don't have to worry about them being stollen while you're away from the truck.
