Making canned moose meat, corned beef hash and chicken soup while I have the canner out.

2 hours between loads should keep me busy all day

Putting 10 lbs of jerky, 5lb. moose, 5lb. elk into brine, to be dried and smoked tomorrow morning. The grandkids will probably end up eating more of it than I do. They take it to school, and gloat over the fact that their Opa makes the stuff, while the other kid's parents have to go to the butcher shop to get their jerky!!!

Getting a chicken ready to roast. Anybody who knows me, knows I don't cook. Rest of the gang went for a ride and got left with instructions. Was I supposed to put it in 3.00 old time, or new ?

I too made beer this time yesterday.A 5 gallon batch of english bitter and it is bubbling away right now as the hardest workers in my brewery(yeast) do all of the hard work for me.

What kind of system are you running to crank out 60 gallon batches?
