I have my non-restricted PAL and was unsure if i was able to buy semi-auto center fire rifles

Yup, such as a ruger ranch rifle in 223 for example. I'm sure theres some semi's not allowed but i know lots are readily available. The anti's always target the semi's when trying to get guns prohibited altogether.

If you go to the CFC website they'll list restricted Vs. non-restricted semi auto rifles. Or call a gunshop if you have a model in mind, they'll know whether you can buy it.
