Archived newspaper files- HOW to??

Hey guys.
Yeahs ago back in 97/98 when I was a teenager I ended up on the front page of the Sunday Calgary Sun for something really stupid, and would love to get a copy of it.
Pic of me and my friends, face down in the dirt cuffed, with a cop standing over us with a potato gun in hand. (Great pic actually)

Trouble is, I have tried to find the archived files but can't. Checked the Public library, checked the Suns website, but still cant find it.

I'm guessing my issue is more that I just don't know where/how to properly look, rather than that it's not there.

Can anyone help me out and give me some direction?
I can't remember the specific date, but it was in July or August somewhere between 95-98.
