Default Fawcett lk monster walleye

Was up to fawcett lk this weekend and had a great time we caught a fair number of smaller pike mostly playing with the top water lures I made on the lathe. We never got what I would consider steady action, more like random action but it was still a fun time. I did manage however to land this whopper after a mighty struggle. I also include a few shots of the rest of the trip. Wifey was the winner with the biggest fish at 66cm

Looks like a good weekend!
I've never ever fished Fawcett. Maybe someday.
