Default How I've been feeling the last week

Well looks like a couple more days and this cold snap will be over. Don't really mind -25 to -35, but the wind makes it brutal.

I'm in agreement with the alien. I have a list as long as my arm to get done outside, and yet I can only bring myself to go out and do chores then come right back into the house to sit by the fire. Anybody have some extra ambition they are willing to share? lol.

I was a groomsman for a good buddy on Saturday. I spent a good chunk of the day walking around Banff in a tux. I guess I should have taken a page out of Canadian Halloween and rented a tux big enough to fit a snowsuit under. Good thing the venue had fireplaces and whiskey.

Yesterday walking 9' from the truck to the fishing shack was awful, had to be -25 outside and +30 inside

Only caught 1 3# brookie though.

It's about +26 in Kauai right now. Quite humid though. Had a pretty good downpour this morning while we had breakfast outside. Sorry. Had to do it. I've got it out of my system now!

Phone your Mom.

Phone your sister.

And post how they are feeling.

The news on TV says they are having a heck of a cold time.

Gonna be an early spring. I had a pair of robins in the yard 2 weeks ago, saw a large flock of geese in a stubble field west of Calgary in the same time frame as well as our resident male sparrow in and out of the nest box the Shrubs have up in the back yard.
