so by the looks of that only residents of alberta and the rest of Canada have to pay for all of it. I don't mind it I really enjoy fishing here but I think people that come here from where ever should also have to pay the levy as well. I mean they come here and use the waters and we have to pay for it all. Not really fair in my opinion.

I don't mind a slight increase in fee's to be honest.

We pay hundreds of dollars for rods, reels, rifles, etc... whats a measly few bucks??? That fly or two you lose to that damn bush every time?
