Looks like a spot along the South Ram River, just above the Falls.

I've been to a spot we called the Elk Camp, about 5 km above the confluence of the North and South Rams on the South Ram. Canyons probably 200 Meter's deep, cool spot and Ram's every where up high. We went in there off the falls creek trail and then used ATV's to get back, found a trail that crossed a small meadow then switched back down a ravine, into another meadow just above the river. 6x6 elk rack sitting in there, we left it because it was where it belonged. Excellent fishing in that part of the river, buddy caught a 26" cutty on one trip we went in. This was over 20 years ago.
