Default Whitetails and Weather

My dad and I were having a discussion as to how much bad weather (blizzards, fog, overcast, etc.) affects deer movement. He believes they move less during bad weather, specifically overcast weather, but I'm not so sure, as I've definitely seen deer feeding even in the nastiest snowstorms. What have you guys seen and experienced? Is there a general rule for the effect of weather on whitetails or is it dependant on a lot of other things?

I find the deer are in full field feed mode prior to a storm. Always see a lot out about then. When I see inclement weather coming, I try and get out the evening before.

Default Weather or Not

I doubt very much if weather has any effect on deer movement. I was out last night in the snowstorm and saw quite a few in the field.
This morning the same thing.
I have hunted for years in all kinds of weather and never really noticed weather having an effect on deer movement.
