Almost the entire provinces of Alta, Sask, and Man ........ Are one big bait pile.

Pretty tough to not shoot over bait .......... Almost haha.

This is an assumption but maybe someone else did for the purpose of hunting? Or maybe taking pics of birds? Who knows.

How's the topography, lots of bush? Id stay away from it but would have no problem setting up 250+ yards away watching a trail to it if I can't see the pile.

It's a pretty grey area for sure.

a lot easier to shoot over bait in Saskatchewan though, this thread wouldn't even exist there
