Golf Ball Ammo?

Not sure if a golf ball is a the right ammo for ducks, but apparently this tee shot does not constitute hunting.

Oops. Well, I guess the gators have to eat too. A couple years back there was a pro golfer that got fined big $ for intentionally hitting some kind of hawk, that was sitting in a tree squawking. Took him a few try's though. Guess he's been beat.
