Heading to Hawaii in early 2016 and I want to do some hunting.
Has anyone hunted there recently if so how was it?
Any info will be much appreciated

Supposed to be some great wild boar hunting. Do some research on guides.

Lots of fun, hunted it a few years ago, lots of turkeys and big boars.

Some amazing sheep and goats and of course pigs. My brother took my dad they each got a nice goat . they are all feral, I believe. . I love the big island. Where are you staying. Kona or Hilo. Puna will be a little messed up with the lava. But it would be interesting to see.

I am leaning towards a mauflon sheep hunt I am not 100 percent yet a black sheep hunt is much more affordable

Maui has year around deer hunting. Lots of those little deer around and it seems like no one hunts them.
