Default Beef ribs, not short ribs prices

Im interested in getting some prices on beef ribs the short ribs are ridiculous in price, grade does not matter as i will be pickling them. So i guess they would be side ribs ,thanks for any replies.

At Wholesale Club (no membership required) in Edmonton on 99 street and 70 ave I see they have sides of beef ribs that are usually priced around 65 to 75 bucks for the whole slab. I think some might call them spare ribs. Otherwise they have boneless beef rib fingers for 5.77 a lb. The rib fingers might be more suitable for pickling. Not paying for bone.

Pickled pork ribs aren't to bad ,but the beef ribs are the ticket, last time I got about 20 lbs from a hutterite colony they killed Holstein I believe. It's all good for PICKLING

I'm drooling on my keyboard.

Might be interesting to try a variety pickle. I should get out the 20 gallon crock and fill 3/4 full of pickling juice and throw a little bit of everything in it. Beef, elk, moose, deer, pork, grouse, wild turkey and bison. Then have a pickle party.

I pickle my ,fat pork, blade roast beef, some pork ribs and beef ribs in a 5 gallon plastic bucket and keep them in the garage in a fridge, I pickled some pork tongues last year and took them out and put them in vinegar and pickling spices they were delicious. Years ago they would sell them at the legion club down East .pickled meat can be taken from the pickle and frozen lasts a long time.
