Some try get back under the radar and some do ,
Some of them get caught and don’t.
Most of the time if a person is banned and they come back two things happen .
Either they start bringing up crap again and get caught or they mind their P’s&Q’s snd no one notices .

The reason im interested is because there have been a few who have been banned that I enjoyed, of course these fellows would get hot under the collar at times,i feel sorry for them sometimes, thanks Cat I know you are fair.

I try and hold no malice , prejudice or grudge to others and tried to do the same as a moderator to the point that I actually approved several members back after they were banned .
Only one however that I can remember did not change and went back to bashing members- including me!

I think it'd be a good thing if after close to a Year of being
banned, if 10 or so active member's vouched for said Ban'ee, it could be reset.
I still miss some of them.

Glory days? You won't see them again. Like them or hate them the members who made them 'Glory Days' have been banned or just got tired of the PC and stayed away. It was more like a bull session around a campfire.

Some things get better with age and some don't.

It’s not up to the members however, it hinges solely on the discussion between the moderators and the admin,
There is a whole lot more that goes on that the members themselves do not see.

What about sending some sort of electrical shock into their cell phone or computer for being inconsiderate towards others? I wish I could do that to people that don't change their posts to "sold" in the buy and sells!! We should at least temporarily ban those guys!!

Or when topics are not allowed because everybody has a perfect solution but there is no perfect solution because everybody knows better!. Maybe closing this site would work but then people would complain about that as well!

I know for me personally that a
"longer edit time window" would help greatly..def
would of saved me from one of my suspensions, lol.

Editing a thread to keep it going? No chance. Nuke it and move on.

You see this is the problem with the younger generation. The word bully is a word that is thrown out there way too often there is a lot of grey area around that word. In the good old days you’d go out in the playground and settle it and nowadays you can’t do that cause you might break a nail.

Antlercarver may be a senior citizen for all you know. I can tell you with certainty that AO is not populated with young people.

Wink Kudos to the Mods, past and present

Besides following the Forum rules, there would be less threads deleted if people would ignore the obvious artistes and axes; they post among us.
