Help for concrete cost

Just in the planning stages of a potential build and am looking for advise on concrete costs.
Would like a poured driveway (parking pad in front of garage) and sidewalk. Something simple with brushed finish.
What is a good cost per square foot?
I've called around and gotten all kind of range.
