Hunting is like real estate - location, location, location.
If you get into an area, and scout enough to begin to learn the patterns of the deer, you will find they tend to use certain locations more frequently than others - and if you set up adjacent to those area at the right times of day - you will see deer.
I can't tell you how many years I bow hunted in an awesome area but set up in the wrong location and could do nothing as I watched the deer moving just out of range.
Went home with track soup many evenings after the sun went down.
