Default Snow spring hunt

Just curious if anyone has ever seen snow geese fly in Central Alberta in the spring? I am wondering about the East Edmonton parts up until Wainwright. I have some land I can hunt in the Provost area and Brent, but I am new to snow goose hunting and just looking for some helpful pointers. I cannot wait to try out my e-caller and home made decoys.

Do some driving between May 1 and June within those areas. To quote Tim McGraw " it won't be wasted time"

there's lots of geese in that area its the central flyway
until then concentrate on yer spread, making or buying decoys
making vortex machines , making straw or grass or even cattail matts for hiding and blending in , the list is never ending, use yer imagination
you can never be to prepared
spring snows are the hardest geese to hunt, because the season in some states is just opening and they hunted and badgered all the way back up here and beyond
here today gone in an hour,
its time consuming and expensive
but in one shoot it can be worth all the time energy and money you have invested ,
have fun enjoy it all
I hope you do well

I think I may have "enough" decoys. I can't buy anymore or else I will get kicked out of the house. I have layout blinds and all the works and I have seen guys shoot snows over 5 full body decoys and an e-caller. But with these geese you can have 3000 full bodies, something doesnt look right and they will just swing.
I posted on the "Looking for hunting partner" page, but no one is interested so I am stuck with guys that are not a pleasure to hunt with.

its sometimes a life long quest to find hunting partners that jive %100
I was lucky to have found 4 when I was younger,
unlucky in the sense they all passed away at a young age
but I still have the memories
as far as more decoys and such and getting kicked outta the house well
maybe get a good dog for hunting partner and build a huge dog house
share it with the dog LMAO
that's a way around all yer problems
