I use Alsa Retro Glow powder mixed into clear nail polish. If you look around you can find it for around $60 for 4 Oz of powder, that makes about 1pt of paint.

Canadian Tire sells a chartreuse in an aerosol can that works well but you will need to clear coat if you want it to last.

Thanks guys

I buy bulk perch catching jigs to give away to kids at the lake. I don't love the color so was thinking of sprucing them up. I wonder if these paints work over the existing paint?

Ive tried mixing all kinds of paints to color jig heads and always found the best base was simple nail polish walmart. For glow colors you will want to use a white basecoat for the best effect. If the jigs are already white then all you will need to do is apply your glow paint if using premixed or if you get a powder just mix it with your clear nail polish then apply. The best part is nail polish doesn't react with jig bodies like all the other paints I have tried.

Since I mentioned the Retro Glow in a previous post Ill post a picture of it in action. It shows both the green and some blue overspray.
