Samsung- our washer and dryer are 12 years old, fridge is 9, several TVs are all samsung, never a single issue. Love the brand. There are of course different quality levels, or maybe we just got lucky.

X2. Never had any issues with any of our Samsung products. Love em, and will continue to purchase them.

I don't own Samsung anything because of the tens of thousands of consumer complaints with the product and the poor warranty response. Lots of guys never had their Ford Pintos go up in a ball of flames either. All that meant is they were lucky, didn't mean the Pinto was a safe or good car.

Guys can do what they like, but I REALLY like having the internet to do research. So much harder for the bad companies to hide. All companies will have complaints but when you see one with thousands on thousands of bad reviews, it is time to take notice.

Calgary Shooting Centre has 20% off Federal "Black Box" bulk ammo including the aforementioned .22 LR as well as others such as 100rnd 12 gauge 00buck in steel ammo cans, 9mm, .223 Rem, I forget the rest. Federal's $20 per bulk box mail-in rebate still applies on top of that. (Side note, last year I submitted for Federals rebate and the cheque was in US dollars)

PartSource is giving away Instant Pots when you spend
$250 (they are also currently on sale 1/2 price for $50 at Canadian Tire)

You can REALLY tell, who has internet experience, and who has actual experience. Wonder if some believe there is no difference.

Thanks! I was already looking at one at 15% off at a vendor so this improves on that. I've never bought an aftermarket trigger yet so I have no established brand preference, these being Canadian-made is a big plus in my books.

CT sale still on. 3000 lb ratchet straps, with the good handles and releases, 13.99 for 4. Can get 10' or 30'. Also had electronic temp guns on sale for 19.99, regular about $90.

Final one - Duratrac tires 25% off plus if you have a Triangle card, 4% of the purchase price in CT bucks back. That paid for the probe and one set of tie downs, with a bit left over.
