Default Differences in Fur Houses

I know its always a big debate of who sells to who but after looking at the differences in prices it looks like NAFA did better. This wasnt there biggest auction yet as that one is in May but it was Fur Harvesters big one and i was excpecting higher and more sold furs from them. Thoughts?

My coyotes have always sold higher on NAFA than FHA . Even my top lot dogs on FHA were lower priced .

So ya the only thing that I see from FHA did better was in the Lynx category. They had trouble selling everything else

Also if you note it is normal for NAFA to get better total sales of pelts offered. Normally 100% for most other than squirrel/weasel. Generally with more buyers bids more competitive and thus higher prices. Nothing against FHA, glad to see some competition in fur sales market.

The average sale price is only one part of it. If one auction house has a lower % of sales because they only sells the best pelts they will have a higher average. If the other auction house has a higher % of sales because they are selling more lessor value pelts the average may be lower. I've noticed that particularly with muskrat where small pelts sell at one auction and not the other.

FHA also charges you a percent to convert your money from us to Canadian. A few little things that add up, I personally use nothing but Nafa, but it's nice there's that option.
