Default Savage Axis trigger kits

Looking for savage axis trigger kits but can only find US retailers.

Any suggestions or alternative such as swapping in an accu trigger?

I ordered direct from Rifle Basix years ago. It was only a lighter trigger spring but it did what I wanted

I put a rifle basix kit in my Savage 223. I dropped the trigger pul to about 2-2.5 lbs. works great and with handloads it does .3 inch 5 round groups at a 100. It made a difference as the trigger on the Stevens 200 wasn’t the best.

Western Gun Parts in Edmonton has had Timney triggers in stock for the axis every time I have needed one.

Has anyone with a Timney or Riflebasix trigger shot an MCarbo trigger kit? I know the timney and riflebasix are superb, wondering if the mcarbo is any good; or is it just a minor improvement on the soggy crap-sandwich that is a factory axis trigger?
