Default What kind of plant is this?

Sold to me as petunia seeds. Only one out of the 10 look like petunia.
What say you?

Reading up on the hollyhocks I came across a pic of lavatera that looks pretty close.i guess time will tell.

I thought so too but the leaves are almost perfectly round. Geraniums aren’t.

Looks like round leaf mallow. They invaded my yard about 15 years ago. I have not been too successful in spraying them out.

Looks like Round Leaf Mallow to me as well.

They are very noxious weeds, very hard to kill. I know of only one herbicide that will kill them and it's only approved for agricultural use.
Not available for home use.

Turns out the wife snuck some seeds in that she forgot about. Twin pink lavatera is what they are.
You guys had me worried I was growing some obnoxious weed.
I should probably start labeling my seed trays.

Maybe look up Layatera, they are a type of Mallow and the leaves on yours look a lot more like the Round leaf verity then domesticated Lavatera trimestris

There's an app called "PlantNet" you can download to your phone, you snap a picture of the plant and it will identify it for you. I just downloaded it the other day and it's pretty cool.
