Default Calgary counter tops and flooring

Wife and I are looking to get new flooring (and house painted) as well as considering putting some sort of stone type counter tops in. We are looking at selling the place and want to try and set it apart from the others on the market in the lower end/entry level homes. We have a 9 year old duplex in se Calgary. Anyone have any recommendations for places in Calgary?

After 8 interiors. Did a good job on my floors and on my friends bathroom it’s a professional job not a dyi or fly by night contractor so it won’t be your cheapest option.

No idea how these counter tops ast but they do look cool and are cheap.

Please let me know what you find out.
The demographic for your house would probably go wild for something like this.

I believe that's who put the stuff in when it was built and we bought it. The laminate is absolute garbage and has shrunk/cupped horribly. That being said, they were on my list to go check out.

That stuff looks very interesting. I am going to look into that more.

The more I look into the epoxy and decorastone counter top refinishing, the more it intrigues me. Looks like a cheap option to give some new life to the kitchen and has a lot of stone qualities to it. Our kitchen doesn't need updating, however this stuff may just give it that much more appeal.

Esox. I couldn't agree more. Seems a Granite set up is $5,000 + and this can be done for $1000???

I see houses in different price ranges and I have not seen this yet or sold one with it. I also know that Epoxy is becoming extremely popular in the "Table" end of things. I am hopeful this is the next new thing. You would be cutting edge if it is. Granite guys might not be happy. LOLOL

Let me know what your house is all about. I have people looking.

Good luck!
