8mm mauser brass?
New to reloading and I am have trouble finding new brass. I have check WSS and BPS and both were sold out. If any one can help it would be appreciated. I am looking in Calgary. Thanks

check ufa or wolverine in red deer . thought i seen some new remington brass somewhere,maybe sportsmens den.
wolverines number i think is 347-0220 ,i think.

I use it, may be a bit softer than other brands, I stop about 1 - 2 grains below published max. It stands up well, I did notice one anomaly. PM me if you are serious about buying some.
I load 150's with CFE 223 @ 2800, nice load.

If you are not finding any 8mm Mauser brass, you can make it out of 30-06 brass. One pass through the FL 30-06 die and trim the neck.

Gun show next weekend. Should be some there. In my poor student days, when 30/06 was cheap and plentiful I just ran that through the die, trimmed it and Presto.

i have a few pieces. like maybe 20. not sure which primer type,probably the reload one(berdan?)(i always forget) ,there yugoslavia /serbian light loads sort of ,or they were.
factory ammo b4 i started loading my 8mm mauser. let me know if you want me to scrounge them up, i wouldnt want money,just shipping .
