hi I found this web sight and was wondering if this would be legal in alberta www.ezpulltriggerassit.com has anyone heard of this seen it or is it just a waste of money and time any info would be great thank's.

I dunno, looks prety gimiky to me.
It is just a compund lever that uses a bit of mechanical advantage to reduce the weight of pull.
Looks cumbersome, wonder how much room it takes up especially if you are wearing gloves.
I'd suggest an actual trigger job and do it up right. Afterall there is nothing like going on the cheap only to find out you could have done it properly for the same cost.
