I think rather than a proper name like those, I would be more apt to assign it an active description like "the other wife" or "stress reliever" etc... I have some more colourful ones in mind actually but if I said them here then I might have to suspend myself lol!

You can tell your wife you are going to bang Agatha the other wife.
Personally, my wife says I'm too cheap to have another wife or girlfriend. Truth! Then I tell her they pay me.
