Bighorn River and crescent falls

Hi folks,
We are planning to camp near Rocky Mountain house this weekend and we’re hoping to head out to the Nordegg area for a day. I just read that Crescent falls recreation area on the Bighorn River is closed. Has anyone been out that way recently? Can you still drive up the crescent falls road to the Bighorn lookout? Or is the road closed at the highway? Thanks in advance for any info.
