Tell me what YOU come up with for a infection mortality rate.
He is dividing the total deaths (258) by total case (99,347) to come to 0.00259.

Not sure how the total cases include both, confirmed cases and the total estimated, which already include confirmed cases. It’s two different counts, obviously.
