Need to warranty a Dewalt item and all I get is a run around to US only links. Anyone done this?

If your from Edmonton the dewalt warranty depot is on roper road.

DeWalt Factory service center that was linked is the place to go.

If you are not local call into them and you can ship it to them. Will be on your dime to ship to them but they will cover the return shipping if it is covered under warranty. If your tool date stamp is out of warranty they will also go by the date of purchase so have your receipt for proof of needed.

Milwaukee has a warranty depot in Edmonton as well. Around 149st 120ave.

And Milwaukee will often give you a new tool if the parts aren’t readily available to do the repairs. Their new service manager is awesome!

Last time I was in the Calgary one, they had some good deals on refurbished tools as well.
