Camping at Newell

Can anyone give me any info. about the camping at Newell. I am thinking of going there with my family to do some fishing and R&R in June. Any suggestions about the park. Looking at the electricfied sites.

Thanks for the info. Was wondering when the pike tournament is at Newell. I know it is sometime in June, and I was wondering if someone could give the exact date.

The fishing derby is usually father's day weekend, the Elks no longer has a building here in Brooks and that's who heads up the derby.

I noticed that Father's day is a week later this year. So I was wondering if that means the tourny will be later too?
