Default Truck insurance rate question. Similar comparison only

I think for some reason I'm being over charged.

2004 Silverado 2500 regular cab long box 4x4.
Just about loaded. No leather.

I'm paying around $1300 a year just for this truck with no collision and a $500 deductible. 44 years old clean abstract.

I know a guy with an 06' extended. Otherwise the same truck 50 years old paying about $700 and a guy with an 03' about the same price.

Anyone here have a comparison on the same truck?
Thanks

I'd say you are overpaying. You're about $300 over what I'm paying for a 2007.5 quad cab (the updated body), full coverage with a ticket.

Who are you with?

The agent is Gaetz agencies in Leduc through Wawanesa.

My 96 Sierra quad cab long box dually 4x4 is about $800

Time to get a new agent and check around for prices. I have been using Aon Reed for years. I pay about 1/3 to Aviva for almost exactly the same coverage. 4x4 2500 supercab long box- PLPD, comprehensive, no glass or collision, pleasure use. $445/year

Ya your paying double what you should. Assuming you're over 25 years old. Try intact or Johnson insurance.

I'm paying 1026. Same truck as yours, but an extended cab and an LS series.
Full coverage, except glass. Intact Insurance.

I would say your over paying. Full coverage on my 2010 diesel is $926 a year. PLPD on my jeep is $378. This is through wawanesa.

I am same age, 2017 F-150, full coverage except windshield, $1280/yr (no accidents).

We do have other vehicles on the same policy, so I'm assuming it would be a little more if that was the only vehicle I insured maybe.
