Looking to sell rifle, need help with pricing.

I am looking to sell a rifle I bought last year and seeing how this is the first time I have ever tried selling a rifle, I need some help.

Remington 700 CDL in .270
Leupold VXII 3-9x40
Very nice wooden stock without a single scratch on it. As close to as new, used can get. If that makes sense, LOL.

Just don't shoot it, actually scared to scratch it. Bought both scope and rifle brand new along with 2 boxes of shells, still have a box and a half of shells left.

What would be a reasonable asking price. Not looking to get rich off it, and I am expecting to lose money on it but believe the rifle should be being used. If not by me then by somebody else.

I would ask for 80-85% of what it cost you and deal from there.
