No reason to downplay any any animal based on size. I'd be very proud of that bull, especially your first moose and with the bow. Way to go!

Oh dont get me wrong , I'm real happy with him... matter of fact hes better than I expected .For that matter he may be the only bull.i get with the length of draw wait times these days

I've tagged a good number of Moose over the years, and helped others get their Moose. I haven't kept count but a guess would be around twenty I hunted or helped hunt.

I've taken a couple bigger, but not because I hunt for big Moose, I'd be very happy with that Moose.

I am fortunate to live close to the best place in Alberta to take big Moose.
Nearly half the Moose in the B&C book came from just north of me. Where there is no road access.

I guided a friend on a hunt and he won a quad with the Moose I called in for him. But such Moose are not easy to find, and a lot of places don't have anything bigger then what you have there.

I should add, I have never hunted with stick and string. That is too difficult for me. My hat's off to you sir.
