Default Sausage Making Videos

I have been watching a few sausage making tutorials, The Bearded Butchers etc. and came across some from a guy named Duncan Henry. I think of all the youtube videos on sausage making this guy tops them all! Also unlike many other video producers he actually answers all his comments and questions. His recipes are all from scratch, which I like.

I'm going to try a couple of his recipes using the elk I got this year.

He has a meat shop in Rimbey, maybe some Members here know him.

Pull up a video or two and have a look.

Hey Jim Blake, Duncan at D.H. Custom Sausage is my son so I have to thank you kindly for the positive feed back on his YouTube series on sausage making and all kinds of other products and stuff he gets up to in the meat shop. I will pass on to him your approval and thank you. D.H.

David, you should be very proud of your Son. His shop looks immaculate and he puts out THE best videos. My first project will be to make hot dogs from his recipe.

Just checked out a couple of Duncan's vids. By far some of the best and easiest to follow ones I have seen. Recipes that are super easy to follow as well. I'll be trying a couple for sure.

We should probably keep this on the main page for another day or 2. I binged most of his videos in the last few days and they are very well done. Support local!

Wicked thanks for the heads up, just subscribed to his channel. Will need to binge watch these as I've only ever made smoked sausages so it'll be awesome to make pepperoni sticks.

You’re right he does make good videos. And I like that he includes the recipe.
