That's hilarious !

I've always thought a good use for that paint would be to coat the inside of RV black tanks make dumping realty slick

The sign should read as follows:

" Hold it! San Francisco is a Sanctuary City and it is prohibited to pee on our streets unless you are an illegal immigrant with a criminal history and that has be deported at least twice".
