I tried the straps over the wheels, Not too impressed. With our winter allmost over you will have some time to think about it.

Good Luck, Bruce.

Ok I got a idea , give me your thoughts. going to do the furnace tank build tank is 4 foot in length , my walking beam tire to tire will be just shy of 5 foot some where around 45inches ish
my question should I extend tank to 5 foot or I wonder how that would work having the tires a bit longer than tank . Might help the crawling over obstacles. What do you guys think

I no this is an old post, but I want to convert my single axle tub trailer to a dual walking beam. Does anybody sell a walking beam axle that goes directly onto the shaft of the single axle?

I don't know if it could be done without some serious modifications, unless you have decent clearance now, and your axle is fairly short. The walking beam arms will add a few inches on each side to your with.

I just finished my second one and it turned out pretty well. I'll try to post pics this weekend.

I have a pretty much brand new marlon aluminum tub trailer with door on top. I bought with side by side but no use for it down here. Is there much interest in these ?

The Coroner looks like a normal size trailer until I realized there is a whole bull elk in it. That must be a lot bigger trailer then it appears. What are dimensions. Must be bigger then a normal tandem axle tub trailer.

Not sure what the dimensions of a manufactured trailer are but the coroner is 54" wide and 75" long, the hitch also telescopes 24" it is the slickest trailer ever, 2 guys can load an animal in 3 minutes flat and never break a sweat. Total cost was just over $500 to build.

Tub is just over 4x6. Use it primarily for bears so ground clearance was a must. Lots of wet skeg in the spring, although not so bad this year.

List it on the Buy/Sell page and you’ll likely get what you paid for it a few years ago.
