This homicide occurred in 2014, I wonder if the killer is still on paid holiday or if they received a promotion and a transfer.
Considering the high number of recent very questionable police shootings of unarmed citizens, it is time we asked if it is time we armed citizens and disarmed police.

Maybe when the police have weapons drawn and tell you to stop the guy should have stopped. Sure there is more to this year old story!
