About 6 1/2 - 7 hours. I was personally more impressed with Sportsman's Warehouse than Cabela's. The prices were a little better and it was yet another store to see.

I have been to the Sportsmen Den in Great Falls, do they have one in Post Falls as well?
Wife wants to know if there is anything for her to do in Post Falls as far as shopping, I said Cabelas, she said not a chance.

Speed limit with a lunch break.

637 kms as per google maps.

637 kms = 394.9 miles. 394.9 divided by 5 hours means that you AVERAGED 78.98 miles per hour. How fast did you drive if you count a border stop and take into account the numerous towns you have to slow down for?

Sportsman's was in Couer d' Alene. There is some shopping in Post Falls but we weren't super impressed by it.

Default Post Falls

We were there first week of June. I went to Cabelas and dropped wife off at Post Falls mall. Looked rather empty pulling out and wife was to call me when she was done. Didn't even get through Cabelas when she called. Not a lot left that used to be there.

I was at the Post Falls Cabelas 6 weeks ago. It is 6.5 hours from Calgary when you drive the speed limit, stopping for gas and food.

Went down there last year. More impressed with Sportsman's Warehouse. Post Falls did not live up to the hype. We actually enjoyed better shopping in Spokane/Spokane Valley - plus in Washington state, if you show your AB driver's license they don't charge you the sales tax.

P.S. If you have kids (or if you're just a big kid yourself) Silverwood, just North of Coeur d'Alene was a blast. Outdoor water park and theme park.
