Canmore fly fishing

Anyone have any recommendations for fly fishing in Canmore? Bow River or Quarry lake for grayling? Heading out there for the weekend.

There are a few stocked ponds in the canmore section of the stocking report.

Have also seen people fishing at goat. Not sure what's there but might be fun.

I would guess quarry on the weekend will be full of kids playing in the water. Probably not the scene you're looking for.
