Heading out for a fishing roady on Thursday, want to make sure the gear is all free and clear from whirling. Anything I need to do with my boots/waders? What about other things like my net, flies, line etc. Is this sort of stuff all good?
Wash your waders and boots thoroughly, you can do this in very hot water with some soap and a little bit of bleach if possible. Make sure if you have felt you do scrub them with a coarse brush to get everything possible off. Make sure to let them completely dry in the sun. You can also make up a kettle of hot water and dump that over everything. As for the net and all other items i wouldn't be concerned, they shouldn't hold water/dirt like waders and boots can but i would be curious what others say.

You bet! I actually just switched to rubber soles too for that purpose. I'll get the pressure washer out and get so work.
