moose jerky

i am looking for some moose jerky recipes that anyone can recommend.
I've tried a few i found on the internet some were good some weren't.
i prefer the muscle jerky over the extruded anybody have any secret recipes they would like to share?

Hi mountain makes various flavours of jerky spice. Usually about $10 for 15 lbs of meat. All the flavours are good but Cracked pepper and garlic is awesome

That's usually my first choice.

Bingo! Simple, tasty, and easy to adjust to the size of your batch. That's my go to recipe for jerky.
