the hunting gods have smiled down on me i have drawn a bison tag and was just wondering if anyone has been up there and could maybe give me a starting point.
We stayed in High Level last year. A little longer of a drive but much cheaper to stay in a hotel rather than a camp. We hunted close to the native reserve and were successful harvesting a good bison. I have been invited back with another buddy this year, not sure I am going to make the trip. Hey Elknutts, I did have a friend that had been drawn a few years back and he did tell me that if I ever got that draw I should talk to the locals but better yet talk to fish and wildlife up there as they helped my friend tag one 2 days into his hunt. Good luck and hope to see some nice pics early next year.
