Well just watched Phil Kessel back down from scrapping a yard ape but start swinging his stick once his teammates came to his rescue what a wanker! Big men bleed too so drop em, start swinging and hope for the best BUT swinging your stick like your chopping a tree down...coward. Can hardly wait until Buffalo and Toronto are back at it

Default Don't see much stick work

There will some retribution from the league for Kessel , I don't think
He was giving Scott the Gordie Howe ,more of a defensive move .
I,m not sure that was a good match and likely if Scott had pummelled
Kessel .....he would have payed big time ..the leafs have guys they keep
In cages ...
Not sure this would rank with great hockey brawls

Was all in response to the goof ball from Toronto beating up the little guy from Buffalo. Kessel will be suspended and Clarkson will be gone for 10 games as well for leaving the bench.

Rematch be a gooder as Scott versus McClaren be a classic tilt.

Wish one of those two behemeoths were wearing the bleu, blanc et rouge!

If Kessel was afraid, I understand using the stick to make room. The second swing and then the last spear was way over the top. They need to make an example outta him.

That was BS.

I thought Scott going after a guy half his size was just as bad. No excuse for that or swinging the stick like that. But seriously if kessel went flippers off with that guy he woulda been done, that much size difference you can't even seatbelt him or hang on and tie him up with no intention of chucking.
Not a leafs fan or a kessel fan.
