Default Robins

200+ of the little fertilizers on the lawn. I've seen over 70 in the past but the past couple days they just keep stopping.

Looks like you need a bigger bird feeder

Awesome. I get them 100 at a time in a hedge each spring, nothing yet though.

Same here.... I've got robins everywhere. And all of my other birds are gone. No chickadees, juncos, redpolls, nada. And there's so much snow on the ground here this morning, there's not even robins to be seen today.

The little bunting's came back yesterday and there were 30 of them at the feeder. With all the snow this morning the Robins are congregated in a 20 foot area West of the evergreens where there isn't as much. They sure seem to get along better than most.

Woke up to about 3 inches of freshly fallen snow. But as the day warmed up it all melted away.

Until 3:00 P.M., when this started....

I back onto a golf course on the west side of Edm and the last two days have been like a Hitchcock movie.

I can handle the robins. It's the two big mallards in the water hazard right in front of my patio, quacking their gd arses off non stop at 5 am on a Saturday morning that make me wish discharging firearms within city limits was legal.

Warm and sunny up here in the Great White North, or is that great brown north.

No snow and no Robins, yet. But a friend saw one in Manning yesterday.

We get, at best, twenty in our yard at one time, when they are moving through. And we have a BIG yard, nearly two acres of grass.
That's about the same as ten city lots. I think.
Never seen more then 50 in one place at one time, ever.

Very cool photo, thanks for sharing.

Saw some nice flocks of Robins on Easter weekend on the FTR near Waiparous. Been so many Robins last couple weeks east of Prince Albert I had to go 30 km under the speed limit. Noticed the first signs of spring in late February, spotted a Northern Flicker and Bald Eagle at the Forks
