Dang I wish I could pick a side on this but I got both the m7 apa at 70# an bowtech experience at 60#. For hunting apa hasn't failed me yet bowtech never let me down in 3d.
That said, speed isn't going to make much difference when using a rangefinder. I'm more interested in Hoyt's new adjustable handles

Kudos well said...its just when someone states what they shoot/own is superior to another's choice ...its come's off as a FB...

One can sit down and come up with issues of every brand out there, some may be opinion some are fact

As you most likely know...
Many top brands use a Hooter Shooter or simular mecanical shooting machine, with the lightest arrow for the rating, [30" draw- 70 Lbs- 350 grains gr arrow]..however some brands even use vanes on arrows for rating with nothing on string other than a nock point...

Although AMO/IBO/ATA has standards there were those that pushed that standard...

All of which are still unrealistic for rating the average shooter and their practical set-up...hopefully that will change

Most dont care if the ratings are 5 FPS over rated due to a longer draw as rated...
as long as that draw fits that shooter and they are happy and confident with speed and their shooting...

Regardless of what you shoot we are all in this together

The logic, point was that Bowtech and other top brands now also use ATA ratings, which I also hope will be more realistic and better rating...

Lefty, Mike and I were just simply ribbing each other as a band of Brudda's, in humour with respect...if you ask the others I am sure you will find that the case...no one was being dragged into anything...

In respect

Well im one of those guys that have no clue on my bows speed or how to fix it......all i know is i shoot a Bowtech Allegiance and a Mathews Z7 and i love both and both have never let me down. It does make me laugh though on what you call the FB on the bows they shoot....FORD,CHEVY,DODGE,....you will never get away from it with any situation and everything in life. I personally have shot every brand and it has always come down to how i like the feel of the equipment that im using.......i picked my wife the same way !!!
