Good looking dog there man. I'm also a rookie at training and welcome any thoughts and suggestions that other guys provide.I'm in the middle of Force Fetching and I've read books and watched DVD's as well and tried to find some middle ground for my training . I've read that FF is one of the hardest parts of training. It started out that way she didn't like the bench and wanted off .I set bench marks for her and myself and as she reached them we went a little further, now she jumps on the bench wagging her tail waiting for the lesson. Good luck with the rest of your training and I'm sure you will have a well trained / happy dog that you are proud to take hunting with you.
